Fill in the whole form — W-9 included — and tick the email updates, and once we verify that your business is real we ship you, free, the sample kit that fits your business: bakeries, cafés, restaurants and hotels get the four pastry bodies in sample minis (Traditional, Soft Pastry, Multipurpose, Extra Firm); ice cream and gelato shops get a 2.65 lb PET of Ice Cream Base — enough for a real batch; distributors get the full five-mini set; retailers get a 15 oz jar and a pouch. It is our thank-you for saving the team the paperwork. One per business; ships to a business address only.
