SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program description

MelMel Text Messages is a program of Leadermel LLC, doing business as MelMel (Mel·Mel). We send two kinds of messages, each with its own consent: (a) informational messages — replies to your inquiries, order and delivery updates, account notices for wholesale customers and, when needed, product safety notices about products you bought; and (b) marketing messages about our products, prices and promotions, only if you separately agree to receive them. Messages are sent from our business number +1 (561) 728-1815.

2. How to opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on the contact form at melmel.com and checking one or both of two separate boxes: one for informational messages and one for marketing messages. Both boxes are optional and never pre-checked, and the phone number is optional. You can also opt in by texting START to +1 (561) 728-1815. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and using our website or placing an order does not subscribe you.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 6 messages per month. Messages are sent between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm in your local time.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message sent and received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. Replying STOP ends all messages, informational and marketing. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL. You opt out through the same number that sent you the message. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To opt back in, reply START.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside of our control.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide in order to enroll in this program.

9. Privacy

Information you provide in connection with this program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at melmel.com/policies/privacy-policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers collected for text messaging and SMS consent are never provided to advertising or analytics partners.

10. Changes

We may modify or end this text messaging program at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
